Christine Baron has been an educator for more than 10 years. She began
her career as a teacher at the Landmark School in Beverly, MA, teaching
and developing social studies curricula. She was later recruited by the
Harker School in San Jose, CA, to be a founding member of the faculty at
their new high school. Actively involved with the development, articulation
and implementation of the new history curriculum, student life program
and procedures necessary to run a school, Ms. Baron was named the Sophomore
Dean. Upon her return to the East Coast, Ms. Baron worked as a museum educator
at the Higgins Armory in Worcester, Massachusetts. In 2001, she joined
the Essex National Heritage Commission and served as the Director of Education.
There, she developed countywide historic and educational resources and
programs in consortium with local museums, historical and natural history
sites. Most notably, she coordinated the successful statewide campaign
to reinstate maritime history and coastal geography into the Massachusetts
History and Social Studies Curriculum Frameworks. She is currently the
Principal Consultant for Baron Consulting, Beverly,MA and a member of the
Department of Education Faculty at Salem State College, Salem, MA. Ms.
Baron holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Marist College and a Master
of Science in Education, Special Needs, from Simmons College.

Adam Groff, owner of WordsWorth Editing, has been writing and editing for
over a decade as a teacher, journalist and copyeditor. As a freelance copyeditor
and proofreader, Adam’s work is characterized by meticulous attention to
detail and an insistence on clarity and accuracy; he has worked on everything
from novels to engineering studies, from academic papers to encyclopedia
articles, and from press releases to marketing research reports. Adam has
taught middle school reading and social studies at Carson Long Institute, a private boys' school in Pennsylvania, and he
has taught and tutored standardized test preparation classes for Princeton Review. He also spent a year as an editorial assistant at dictionary
publisher Merriam-Webster, Inc. He has two degrees in history, a bachelor’s
from The Citadel and a master’s from the University of Massachusetts at
Amherst, and he spent three years as a newspaper reporter at the Union Leader in New Hampshire and The Eagle-Tribune in Northeastern
Massachusetts.

Mark Wylie is a multi-talented web-designer, graphic designer and photographer.
He has extensive experience designing, developing and producing web, print
and video content and materials. Mr. Wylie has worked for organizations
as divergent as national retailer Sears Roebuck and BackonTrackAmerica.com,
a nationwide program reaching out to the community of small business owners.
He is currently a web designer for Workscape, Framingham, MA and owner
of Mark Wylie Photography, Worcester MA. He lives in Worcester, MA with
his dog Jack.
